IP Collaboration & OEM/ODM

From licensing and co-branding to OEM and ODM, AnyTake helps project teams define goals, product format, processes, packaging, production and delivery.

Four ways to work together

  • IP licensing — the rights holder sets a clear licence scope, regions, categories and term; we develop capsule products and market plans together.
  • Co-branded series — AnyTake and your brand or content team develop the theme, characters, series line-up and packaging, with clear brand and communication roles.
  • OEM — you provide clear product, artwork or specifications; we coordinate samples, manufacturing, quality, capsules and packaging.
  • ODM — we start from your goals and concept and complete planning, design, structure, samples and production together.

Before we start

For IP projects, please confirm the rights holder or licensing chain, usable assets, regions, channels, categories, term, approval process and credit requirements. For custom projects, please share your audience, estimated quantity, budget range, timing, size and process, packaging languages and target markets.

AnyTake does not use unauthorised third-party characters or brands. If confidential materials are involved, we agree on a suitable way to exchange them first; please do not upload sensitive files through public forms.

  1. Brief and rights — goals, licensing and approval scope.
  2. Planning and quotation basis — specifications, quantity and scope.
  3. Design and samples — modelling, prototyping and staged reviews.
  4. Production and quality — manufacturing and checks to the agreed standard.
  5. Packaging and delivery — packaging, documents and logistics.
