We turn ideas into capsule toys that can be produced, inspected and delivered. AnyTake has its own factory and production lines in China; our planning and project teams coordinate sampling, tooling, production, quality checks, capsules, packaging and shipment preparation.
From design to shipment
- Manufacturability review — shape, size, structure, materials, processes and quantity.
- Modelling and samples — 2D concepts become structures, and samples confirm appearance and assembly.
- Tooling and process — molds, materials, colours, painting, flocking and other finishes are confirmed.
- Production — manufacturing follows the approved samples and project requirements.
- Inspection, packing and shipment — checks, capsule packing and shipment preparation as agreed.
Quality as a set of checkpoints
- Input check — artwork, size, structure, materials, colours, processes, packaging and approved versions are consistent.
- Sample approval — appearance, structure, assembly, colour and required tests are documented and traceable.
- In-process checks — checkpoints and feedback are planned around each product's process risks.
- Pre-shipment checks — quantity, appearance, packaging, labels and carton information are checked as agreed.
Materials and finishes
Projects may involve plastics, soft vinyl, metal parts, fabric and paper, and processes such as injection moulding, painting, pad printing, flocking, clear and pearl effects, partial effects and assembly. The final choice balances shape, feel, cost, quantity, target market and compliance.
Capsules and packaging
A product also has to fit the capsule, display card, inner bag, label, outer carton and transport. We consider size fit, display information, language, barcodes and channel requirements during development to avoid rework later.
Documents and project terms
Equipment, capacity, suitable processes and schedules are assessed by product type and production plan. If you need certifications, test reports, MOQ, lead times or other documents, tell us your target market and requirements in your inquiry; they are confirmed item by item in samples, contracts and quality standards.
