Yes. Tell us your company or channel, main markets and how you will use the information, and we will reply with what we can share.

Can you do ODM without finished artwork?
Yes. We start from your goals, audience, theme and budget, and confirm planning, design, structure, samples and production scope step by step.
Can you make products with well-known characters?
Only with authorization from the rights holder or a clear licensing chain. Please confirm rights scope, regions, categories, term and approval requirements first.
Can we sign an NDA?
If unpublished IP, artwork or business plans are involved, raise your confidentiality needs in business communication and we will agree how materials are exchanged.
Production, quality and delivery
What are your MOQ and lead times?
They depend on structure, process, molds, packaging, quantity and production schedule. We assess them once we have enough information.
Can you provide test or quality documents?
Tell us your target market, product type and the documents you need. Requirements should be confirmed before development and depend on the project and testing arrangements.
Do you support multilingual packaging?
We can assess display cards, labels and packaging languages. Please provide or confirm the final text and market requirements.
How are quality issues handled?
Approved samples, inspection standards, feedback periods and handling are agreed first. Issues are resolved based on records, responsibilities and those agreements.

Can I ask before quantity or artwork is final?
Yes. Share your market, use, theme and timing, and mark what is still open. For existing series, a series name is enough to start.
What should I prepare for a first quote?
Your company or channel, target market, series or product direction, estimated quantity, timing, and packaging and language needs. Open items can be discussed.
What should I confirm when requesting samples?
The series or product to evaluate, the purpose of the sample and the delivery region. Sample type, availability, cost, shipping and review steps are confirmed with you; concept or display images are not production samples.
What should I check when comparing quotes?
Whether design, modelling, molds, samples, product, capsules, display cards, labels, cartons, testing, shipping and taxes are included, and the quantity and validity of the quote.
What if the design or packaging changes?
Mark what changed, which version it applies to and the target date. We first confirm the impact on samples, molds, cost, production and delivery, then continue.
